Companies looking to mitigate the risks of labour rights violations within their supply chains and operations will find the in-depth labour standards reports an essential tool. Maplecroft’s LSRs analyse and compare major labour issues affecting countries at both national and provincial levels. Key areas of focus include labour rights and protection, working hours, compensation, contract law, protests, health and safety, freedom of association and collective bargaining, discrimination, forced labour and child labour.
